Our artistic process begins in Central and South America where we work in partnership with traditional farming communities, using centuries-old growing and picking techniques to produce the finest quality cacao beans.
Pico is then handcrafted by master chocolatiers in Switzerland, who balance the art and science of chocolate making with gentle precision passed down for generations.
The result is a carefully crafted, decadent, chocolate masterpiece.
