Pico does not contain any animal products and is proud to be all Vegan and Organic.
Pico is Fairtrade certified, which means the South and Central American farms where our cocoa is sourced are sustainable, free from child labour and the farmers are empowered in making decisions to improve their livelihood.
Pico has traversed the globe searching for the highest quality raw, organic, materials that are ethically sourced and Fairtrade. It all begins in South and Central America, where we work in partnership with traditional farming communities, using centuries- old growing and picking techniques to produce the finest quality cacao beans. Pico is then hand-crafted by master chocolatiers in Switzerland, who source flavours from Europe to create our delicious variants, including salt flowers from Guerande, France, which are scattered through Pico Sea Salt chocolate.
As Pico is made using all natural ingredients it can be sensitive to extreme conditions including heat and cold. To enjoy Pico at its best we recommend storing at 16-18 degrees in a dry place.
Pico is a dairy-free, all vegan chocolate range. Our blocks do not contain any milk products, however, Pico is made in a factory that also handles milk. There are processes in place to ensure no cross contamination occurs. If you have a severe dairy allergy, we recommend consulting with your health professional before consuming.

At Pico we don’t use palm oil in any of our chocolate.

Pico is then handcrafted by master chocolatiers in Switzerland, who balance the art and science of chocolate making with gentle precision passed down for generations.
The result is a carefully crafted, decadent, chocolate masterpiece.
